How does the job system work?
Guardians get daily job offers through the app. You can let Qwiq plan your 4h, 8h, or 12h route or pick jobs manually. Urgent missions pay +25 +60% more, and whoever accepts first gets the job.
How does training work?
Two steps: Online Academy (7h) videos, quizzes, safety, and communication. Practical Day real cars, precision testing, and performance review. After that, you get your Qwiq Guardian Certificate + NFT ID and full access.
How much can I earn?
Part-time: CHF 180–320/day Full time: CHF 400–1,000/day Top 1% mentors earn CHF 100 per trainee, up to 30 per day. Payments go instantly to your Qwiq Wallet.
Do I need experience?
No. Qwiq trains you from zero. Our Academy and hands on session teach everything from eco detailing to client excellence. All you need is focus, precision, and will to grow.
How do you ensure safety and quality?
Each job has GPS check in/out, before/after photos, and AI quality review. Your rating builds your Trust Index, unlocking premium missions.
Is the number of Guardians limited?
Yes, Qwiq limits the number of active Guardians per city and region to protect earnings and ensure consistent job flow. Each zone has a maximum capacity, so once it’s full, new registrations go to the waiting list.
